1. Services Overview

Project Black Media provides brand infrastructure, digital strategy, and growth tools designed for long-term scalability. Services may include:

• Website design and development (Tiered offers of 5, 10, or 15+ pages)

• On-page and off-page SEO

• Technical site maintenance and performance tracking

• Monthly strategic review calls

• Paid ad campaign setup using UpHex

All services are scoped and detailed per client before any project begins.

2. Payment Terms

• A down payment is required for all website packages before work begins.

• Monthly retainers begin after initial build and are due on the same date each month.

• Retainers cover maintenance, strategy calls, reporting, and ongoing optimization — not new pages or full redesigns.

• Invoices not paid within 5 days of the due date may result in paused services.

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Revisions

• Each package includes unlimited revisions on existing content and structure during the project timeline.

• Requests for additional pages, rebranding, or new functions fall outside standard revisions and will be quoted separately.

• Feedback delays past 5 business days may impact project delivery time.

4. Client Deliverables & Responsibilities

• To keep projects moving, clients agree to:

• Provide all requested materials and logins

• Approve deliverables within 3 business days of submission

• Attend monthly review calls to align on strategy

5. Ownership Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership and usage rights to all final deliverables.

Project Black Media retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing channels.

 

6. Service Commitment

Our team is committed to quality, speed, and clear communication. We do not outsource to low-quality providers and never promise "overnight leads" or fake metrics. Your site and strategy are built for long-term ROI, not temporary hacks.

7. Performance Disclaimer

We provide professional marketing systems and best practices but do not guarantee specific financial outcomes (like number of leads, ranking positions, or revenue). Success depends on various factors including market demand, your response time, and internal execution.

8. Cancellation & Termination

• Services can be paused or canceled with 15 days’ notice.

• If canceled mid-month, no partial refunds will be issued.

• All work delivered up to the date of termination will be invoiced.

9. Confidentiality

All client data, logins, conversations, and strategies are kept confidential. We don’t share or resell your information—ever.
